What to do when the entire school system in the entire country  is closed for the week due to sub-zero temperature in the NE part of the country that is about 9 hours away by car.


Do a little winter hiking near Kyzyl Kol Kara Cyy - an area in the SW part of the country not affected by sub-zero temperature.
